Hawaiian Punch

1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups sugar
1 tsp almond flavouring
1 tsp vanilla

Mix with 4 cups water. Freeze overnight. One hour before serving, add 12-15 cups water to above. Let thaw & mix.

One recipe fits in 2 litre ice cream container. To serve I usually add approx. equal parts slush, water & a bottle of ginger ale. One recipe makes 2-3 punch bowls.

Maori Punch

3 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 large can pineapple juice (or 2 cans crushed pineapple)
1 ½ cups orange juice (& 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate + 1 can water)
¼ cup lemon juice
3-5 ripe bananas, mashed
3 litres gingerale
(& cream if desired)

Mix water & sugar in saucepa. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add fruit juices & mashed banana. Freeze. To serve mix with gingerale.

Moose Milk

1 can pineapple juice
1 can frozen orange juice (mixed)
2 litre vanilla ice cream
2 litre ginger ale

Tropical Cooler

Dissolve together:
1 envelope Raspberry Kool aid
1 cup sugar
3 litres cold water

Add: (this can be mixed in blender, adding some of the above water to blend)
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen lemonaide concentrate
1 ½ cups pineapple juice

Serve by adding 1 litre gingerale to punch mixture.

Crab Apple Juice

Clean crab apples. Remove stem & cut away flower end & any blemishes. Quarter apples. Pour boiling water over & leave 24 hours. Strain. Add 1/3 cup sugar to every quart of juice. Heat juice to dissolve sugar.

Punch

1 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
Lg. can Pineapple juice
1 can frozen fruit punch (mixed)
2 litres of 7up

Rhubarb Juice

2 quarts rhubarb
2 quarts water
2 tbsp orange juice
Simmer & stir until soft.

While warm add:
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup honey
½ cup orange juice
Pinch of salt

Strain & refrigerate. 3 cups juice to 1 cup water or club soda or gingerale. (or mix 1:1)

Rhubarb Juice 2

9 cups cup up rhubarb
1 ½ cup sugar
1 large can frozen lemonaide
9 cups water

Stew rhubarb & water. Strain. Add sugar. Heat to dissolve. For punch, add pop (2 large bottles)

Hot Mulled Cider

1 can apple juice
1 heaping tbsp brown sugar
1 heaping tbsp frozen concentrated orange juice
4-5 whole cloves
1 tsp cinnamon or cinnamon stick
Dash of nutmeg

Simmer together on stove.

Lime Frosted Party Punch

4 cups pineapple juice
2/3 cup lemon juice
2 litres cold water
2 lemon-lime Kool Aid
2 cups sugar
Combine & stir until dissolved.

1 litre lime sherbet
1 litre 7 Up
Top with spoonfuls of sherbet. Pour in 7 Up.
