1 cup water
½ cup chopped celery
1 slice onion chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning

Simmer together 5 min, then add:
1 ½ cups milk

Make a paste with:
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp milk
Add to above & cook until thick.
Then add:

1 cup cooked chicken, diced

6 or 7 slices of bread toasted
1 tbsp parsley

Spread toast with butter & cut into cubes to make 2 ½ cups. Sprinkle ½ into a greased casserole dish. Add chicken mixture & parsley. Spread remaining toast cubes on top. Press lightly. Bake 30 min @ 375.
