2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 ½ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
3 tbsp cocoa, heaping
¼ tsp baking powder
1 cup broken nuts

Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs. Add rest of dry ingredients & mix. Pour into greased 9×12 pan. Bake 25-30 min @ 325.
