1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 ½ cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
1-500ml jar salsa
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef & drain. Stir in soup. Sprinkle 1½ cups crushed tortilla chips in greased, shallow casserole dish. Top with beef mixture, salsa & cheese. Bake uncovered 25-30 min @ 350. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 3 min longer or until chips are lightly toasted.

* Can also be made with cooked chicken &/or with torn tortilla shells instead of corn chips.
