Soak in ½ cup salt & cover with water:
3 med zucchini – sliced
2 red peppers, cubed
3 green peppers, cubed

Soak in ice cubes:
3 large onions, cut small.
Soak all 3 hours.

Drain & make sauce of:
3 cups vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 tbsp celery seed
½ tbsp turmeric

Boil with vegetables and bottle.
