1 ½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (well beaten)
3 squares chocolate (melted)
¾ cup canned milk
1 tsp vanilla
Sift flour with baking powder & salt. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs & beat well. Then add chocolate. Blend. Add sifted ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Fill greased cupcake pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 min @ 350. Makes 20.
