4 cups warm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 cup oil
1 egg
12 cups flour

6:00 pm: Mix together well. Do not knead dough – it may be sticky. 8:00pm: Punch down dough.
10:00pm: Put in pans (makes 48 large buns)
Cover & let rise overnight.
In morning, bake 25 min @ 350.
