4 lb chuck roast
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 can tomatoes
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp pepper
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp flour (to thicken gravy)
Brown meat in large pot. Remove from pan & add other ingredients. Return roast to pot. Simmer 3 hours. Use flour to thicken gravy.
