2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup cold margarine
1 cup cold milk

Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in margarine. Pour in milk. Stir quickly to combine. Dough should be soft. Knead gently 8-10 times. Put out ½”-¾” thick. Cut biscuits. Place on greased sheet. Bake 12-15 min @ 450.
